Our solutions include INFOCOM X – Intelligent ERP & Business Automation, Powered by Nexora AI, together with other enterprise platforms and third-party technologies. Product features, specifications, pricing, implementation timelines, and service availability may vary depending on customer requirements, project scope, licensing arrangements, and technical considerations.

  1. Website Usage and Intellectual Property
    All content, materials, software, designs, documentation, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, and other intellectual property displayed on our website or made available through our services are owned by Infocom or their respective licensors.
    Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the website for legitimate informational and business purposes.
    Without prior written permission from Infocom, users shall not:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of user accounts and login credentials.
  • Avoid unauthorised access, copying, sharing or distribution.
  • Comply with applicable licensing restrictions.
  • Not interfere with the security, availability or operation of the software.
  • Ensure that their users comply with applicable usage policies.

Software subscriptions, user licences, hosting arrangements, support services and renewal terms will be governed by the relevant commercial agreement.

  1. Nexora AI and Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
    Infocom provides AI-enabled enterprise solutions through Nexora AI and related technologies.
    AI-powered features may include intelligent automation, data processing, business analytics, predictive insights, workflow automation, AI agents and decision-support capabilities.

    Customers acknowledge that:
  1. AI-generated information, recommendations, predictions and outputs may not always be accurate, complete or suitable for every business situation.
  2. AI outputs should be reviewed and validated by authorised users before being used for important business decisions.
  3. AI functionality may depend on third-party models, external services, customer data quality and system configurations.
  4. AI-generated results do not replace professional, legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.
  5. Customers remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using AI-generated outputs.

The level of AI automation and system autonomy will depend on the agreed configuration, permissions, governance controls and customer requirements.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete business information.
  • Maintaining appropriate access controls and user permissions.
  • Ensuring the legality of information and data uploaded into our systems.
  • Maintaining suitable backups of their business-critical information where applicable.
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for the processing of personal and business data.
  • Providing timely approvals, decisions and information required for implementation.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Infocom shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by inaccurate information, incomplete customer requirements, unavailable third-party services or customer-side dependencies.

  1. Implementation, Customisation and Professional Services
    ERP implementation, software development, customisation, integration, migration, training and consulting services shall be governed by the agreed project proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), quotation or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Project scope and deliverables shall be based on the approved proposal.
  • Additional requirements outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
  • Implementation timelines depend on customer cooperation, resource availability and timely approvals.
  • Delays caused by customers or third parties may affect project completion dates.
  • Acceptance, deployment, handover and payment milestones shall follow the applicable project agreement.

Any changes to agreed scope, deliverables or timelines must be mutually agreed in writing.

  1. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
    All payments, subscription charges, implementation fees, licence fees, hosting charges and professional service fees shall be governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order or signed agreement. Customers are required to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
    Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement:
  • Payments made for completed professional services are non-refundable.
  • Software licence and subscription fees are subject to the applicable vendor licensing and subscription terms.
  • Custom development charges are subject to the agreed project milestones.

Any refund or money-back guarantee must be expressly confirmed in the relevant customer agreement. Website access or use alone does not establish eligibility for a refund.

  1. Third-Party Products and Services
    Infocom may integrate, distribute, implement or provide services relating to third-party platforms and technologies, including ERP software, cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, AI services and other business applications.
    Such products and services may be governed by separate third-party licensing agreements and terms.
    Infocom does not control the independent operations, availability, security policies or commercial terms of third-party providers.
    Customers agree to comply with the relevant third-party terms and conditions.
  1. Data Protection and Confidentiality

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions and legal basis to provide personal or business data to Infocom for processing.
    Both parties shall take reasonable measures to protect confidential information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or misuse. Additional data processing, confidentiality and security obligations may be specified in separate agreements.
  1. Website and Service Availability
    Infocom endeavours to maintain the availability and reliability of its websites, software platforms and services.
    However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
    Services may occasionally be affected by:
  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • System upgrades and software updates.
  • Internet or network interruptions.
  • Cloud infrastructure failures.
  • Third-party service disruptions.
  • Cybersecurity incidents or other unforeseen circumstances.
    Infocom reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue website features or services where reasonably necessary.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
  1. Indemnification
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infocom, its directors, employees, affiliates and authorised representatives against third-party claims, losses, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:
  • Unlawful use of our website or services.
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Unauthorised use or disclosure of information.
  • Customer-provided content or data that violates applicable laws.

This provision shall not apply to the extent that the relevant loss arises from Infocom’s own breach of contract, negligence or unlawful conduct.

    Infocom operates internationally and provides technology solutions to customers across different countries and jurisdictions.
  1. Electronic Communications
    By communicating with Infocom electronically, customers acknowledge that notices, communications, agreements, invoices and other business correspondence may be delivered electronically, subject to applicable legal requirements.
    Email communications and attachments may contain confidential or proprietary information intended solely for the designated recipient.
    Unauthorised copying, distribution or disclosure of confidential communications is prohibited.
